Today I got to celebrate my best friend on his birthday while in Romania!! Jacob was on my team last year and now we are co-leading this new team of guys as they start their own race. Jacob, thank you for being a man who pushes me further to Christ each day. Thank you for asking me questions and listening when I’m going through hard times. Thank you that your delight is in the Law of the Lord, and that you meditate on it day and night. You are an amazing friend, a son of God, holy and blameless, and a comforting blanket of joy. I hope to be able to continue life with you for a long time, no matter the distance.
